How we work
Operators first, investors second
Our own money and our own hours go into every venture before anyone else's. We invest alongside members, so we sit on the same side of every decision.
We run what we back
Every venture on this page is operated by us, day to day. We know the rent, the payroll and the suppliers because we pay them.

What is Makaan Capital?

It depends on the venture, and it's something we talk through in conversation rather than post here. There's no deadline and no pressure either way.
